Spend $400 – $999

Spend $1,000 – $1,999

Redemption process and T&C for Tier 1
•    For customers entitled under Tier 1, redemption will be facilitated strictly through walk-in.
•    Promotion mechanic is valid till 31 Dec 2026 and delivery must be made before 29 Jan 2027 to qualify for the gift redemption.
•    Promo period: 1 Oct 2026 – 31 Dec 2026.
•    Redemption period is 2 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027. Walk-in gift redemptions with original proof of sales receipts / delivery order is compulsory.
•    Walk in gift redemption will be at Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, 10 Changi South Street 3, #06-01 Singapore 486147
•    Monday to Friday between 2pm – 5pm,exclude PH and weekends. Last day of redemption ends 29 Jan 2027.
•    Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend any T&C without prior notice.
•    All gift redemptions are on while stocks last basis.

Redemption process and T&C for Tier 2 & 3

•    Customer to fill up a redemption form to register for the gift redemptions via the QR code below.
•    Fill up the google form with your particulars and upload a soft copy of your sales invoice and delivery order upon successful delivery of goods.
•    The admin team from Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd will administer the redemptions and arrange delivery of the free gifts upon successful registration.
•    Please note that delivery of free gifts will take about 2-4 weeks from the date of registration.
•    All redemptions must be submitted by 29 January 2027; submissions received after this date will not be accepted, and no Free Gift will be issued or provided.
•    Please check with the Brand Promoter for the redemption process and further details.
